What:
This Colorado House of Representatives bill is bipartisan in that it is sponsored by members of both parties. It would require the Colorado energy office to conduct studies into advanced energy solutions in rural parts of the state. Moreover, it puts emphasis on advanced technologies to provide firm, dispatchable electricity in general. Nuclear is one of the technologies but others included are: geothermal, clean hydrogen, and energy storage. We need pro-nuclear advocates to testify in support of moving the bill forward!
